      Abstract

      One of the current buzz phrases in orthodontics is the digital orthodontic workflow (DOW). The workflow is the integration of the linear flow of each individual procedure into an effective and efficient process. One of the most critical pieces in the successful implementation of a digital orthodontic workflow is lab layout, setup, and functionality. This article explains the considerations necessary for space planning and equipment needs for a digital orthodontic lab.
